To keep your information safe we only use secure merchants checkouts. This means your shopping and checkout is safe and secure. No credit card details are transferred to our site. So buy with security and confidence!

- AfterPay: Pay for it over four equal fortnightly instalments. Use your debit or credit card, get approved instantly.
- PayPal: PayPal is the faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details. Pay using your PayPal balance, credit card or debit cards.

Postage
Friends don't overcharge, and they definitely don’t charge for postage.
We offer FREE POSTAGE! We hate paying for postage when we buy online, so why should we charge you?!
Postage is free via regular Australia Post when you spend over $50.
Spend over $100 and we will upgrade you to Express post for free.
Whatever you choose, we only post with Australia Post and all parcels are sent on the next business day after receiving your order.

Postage time is indicative of Australia Post only, times may vary depending on location.
Postage is sent via Australia Post. Please allow up to 5 business days for postage, but sometimes remote locations just take longer so please allow up to 7 days. We ship all items within 1 business day. The rest is up to Australia Post.
If you cart is under $100 you can opt for express shipping by chipping in the extra amount.
Free express post will automatically trigger over a cart size of $100 at checkout. No need for fake discount or coupon codes. Just honest shipping.
Warranty
Friends fix stuff for one another.
Sometimes things just go wrong. It's ok, we care and we understand! If your product is faulty, or you are unsatisfied, please check out our Help Desk and head to our Service Centre. All Friendies have a warranty and we only want happy customers.
